Losing Visitation Rights

Visits are conducted in the visiting room. All visits will be contact. If for any reason the jail administrator suspects a breach in jail security, safety or general order the inmate will have non-contact visitation privilege only. Visits are not conducted for trusty inmates outside the jail at a work site.
Inmate and visitor are permitted to embrace and or kiss once at the beginning and once at the end of the visit. Inmates and Visitors must conduct themselves in a quiet and orderly manner. At no time will fondling or prolonged embraces be allowed. Profanity, loud boisterous talking will not be permitted at anytime. Children are not allowed to be on the inmate’s side of the visit room at any time. Inmates must remain seated at all times during the duration of their visit.
No Property Transfers
No transmitting of any materials or objects from visitors and inmates are permitted unless prior approval is obtained by the supervising Correction Officer. An inmates property may be signed out during their visit providing they advise the visitation officer at the beginning of their visit.
