EISEP Service (Expanded In-home Services for the Elderly Program)

A component of New York’s Community Services for the Elderly. It is designed to help elderly in need of non-medical services to remain at home and be as independent as possible. Eligible to Wyoming County residents who are 60 years of age or older and whose needs can not be met by friends or relatives.

a). Cost Sharing

Respite

Provides non-medical in-home support for caregivers of Wyoming County, 60 years of age or older. Overnight Respite available at the Cloisters in Warsaw, NY. for a minimum of 3 days and up to 10 days. Adult Day Care at the Cloisters for both full and half days. Personal Care Aides for the home.

a). Suggested donations are $5.00/hour for in-home care, $10.00/day for daycare, $25.00/day for overnight.
