Community Sanitation

The Environmental Health Department carries out the inspection & sampling of community water supplies as well as inspection and permitting of food service establishments, children’s & recreational camps, and mobile home parks. Investigation of complaints when it is a potential cause of a community health problems are also a duty of Environmental Health

Required inspection of private sewage and water systems for property transfer / bank loan approval are available for a Fee. Soil test and sewage system installation approval are also available for a Fee.
