The Wyoming County Health Department CHHA is
a certified home health agency that provides nursing
care for eligible Wyoming County residents in their
homes. From head to toe, pediatrics to geriatrics, the
Certified Home Health Agency can meet most needs
7 days a week.

New York State's Medicare Quality Improvement
Organization has recognized and awarded the Wyoming
County CHHA for outstanding performance and a
demonstration of commitment to improving health care
