The Office of the Wyoming County District Attorney does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability and age in the delivery of services to victims of crime.
Any person who believes that he / she has been excluded from participation in, denied benefits or services of, or subjected to discrimination under, any federally funded programs or activity administered by DCJS’ sub recipients because of race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age or physical or mental disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability may file a discrimination complaint with DCJS. herein. Complaints shall be filed with DCJS within 180 days of the occurrence.
Our agency is a recipient of OVW funding through DCJS and that any person who believes that they have been subject to discrimination by our office has a right to file a complaint with DCJS or with U.S. Department of Justice Office for Civil Rights.
